How to serve
Pour the 1.5L pouch into your slushie machine.
Add 200ml tequila - go easy, a heavy pour stops it setting.
Run for about 30 minutes, until slushed.
Serve frozen, with a salted rim and a lime wedge.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight. Unopened, it keeps for 9 months. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days.

Common questions
Do I need to add water? No. The pouch is mixed to strength - tequila is the only thing to add.
Can I run it without alcohol? Yes. It freezes faster without spirit, so expect a harder slush.
