Margarita Slushie Mix

Margarita slushie mix made the way a bartender would make it - fresh lime juice, organic agave and sea salt, with nothing artificial in it. Most slushy mix sold in Australia is concentrate, sugar and colour. This is not.

It comes in a 1.5L pouch with a tap, ready to pour straight into a commercial slushie machine or a home frozen drink machine such as the Ninja Slushi. Add tequila, run it, serve with a salted rim. One pouch makes about ten frozen margaritas. Made in small batches in Byron Bay.
