Requesting a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@itsliquidlove.com. You will receive further instructions, including the return postage address if your return request is approved.
• Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior approval.
• We can only process return requests made within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items should be returned in the same condition as received, complete with tags and original packaging.
• We exclusively accept returns for items purchased through our online store, so kindly provide your proof of purchase.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for food and beverage utensils, such as glassware and shakers.
• Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
• Please be aware that we do not accommodate returns for issues related to freight delays that are beyond the control of Liquid Love.
